Check out this family fun...I have the four cutest kids in the whole world!!!

Instead of hating the bugs we have found a fun way to embrace the bugs.... Nicholas now has a bug collection board. The only problem is Mom gets to pin the bugs to the board. Yuck!!!

The famous "BEALE STREET"
where the blues and jazz were born. Famous singers of all kinds entered these cafes and night clubs hoping to be found and to make it big one day.

Who's jealous?

Then you better book a flight and come visit us so we can take you out on the town.

Here we all are rockin' out at BB King's Cafe. You can't beat the loud, live music and famous ribs. What a treat to be in the same place as so many famous singers. We had a blast.

Here we all are on our fun outing to the Riverboat float down the MIssissippi River. What an amazing amount of history lies within these waters. Everyone had a great time.

Father's Day was awesome for Sergio. Having his dad here to hug and enjoy the day with was more than he could ask for. It was a beautiful, sun shiny day. We are so grateful for our husbands, dads, and grandpas. I love you, dad!!

Aunt Kim--- We Love YOU!! We want to wish you a very happy birthday. Nick wants to know if you could save him some cake. He says it's not fair that he can't be there to sing to you on your birthday. We miss your guts out and hope to see you soon. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

Last day of swim lessons - Nick stole Ms. Jana's glasses and Nathan has "NO Fear". They love the water. Nadia Mae tries to join in on a regular basis.

Here's my insane project I took on of painting our kitchen cabinets. 35 hours of sweat and labor 10 days in the working we finally re hung the cabinets today. Never again.....

The boys started swim lessons with Ms. Jana. She set some good rules and keeps them kickin' their motors till they're good and worn out. Lots of fun.

Here's Nick dancin' and singin' in the summer rain. When it rains, it pours in the south. It's hot rain too. Oh so fun...

The other day the boys were way too quiet for way too long. I finally found them hiding in the hall closet with a flashlight, blankets, and pillows. When I saw all the food in there I asked what they were up to and Nick said, " Mom, leave us alone, we're trying to play house with real food." It was hard to get mad at those funny faces. We did have to return all the food to the fridge and pantry before the popcicles melted. Crazy boys...

Blue teeth and Daddy are some of the best parts of birthday parties!

He got an Indiana Jones hat and whip and boy did that make him happy- dan da dan..dan da da dan ...
More pictures of the Birthday party...

Nathan turned "3" on Tuesday the 27th. He had a Transformer party and had an awesome cake. He invited his two friends- Julia and Kirsten from across the street. What a delight to see him smile so big...

We love you Grandma KATIE! We hope you have an awesome birthday. We wish we could be there to give you big hugs and kisses. For now, just know that we have bundled up all our love into one little blog picture... and your birthday present is on its way.
Here's the car after the tree was removed. Poor chevy prizm. Crunched for life... didn't stand a chance against the storms of life!!!

Nathan is potty-trained!!! Nathan says, "oh ya, oh ya, oh ya. He filled up his potty chart with stickers and then was able to pick a big prize at the store. A red power ranger on a motorcycle... What a relief.

Adventures in Memphis

Hey y'all:
I am posting a few pics this time. The first pic is at Liberty Jail in Missouri. We stopped there on our way to Memphis. It was such a time to reflect on our prophet Joseph Smith and again strengthen my testimony that he was truly a simple man called of God to restore the gospel on the earth again. I am so grateful for all that Joseph Smith went through to bring me such a solid foundation to my life.

The 2nd pic is Sergio and boys braving the cold water of our little pool. They were so excited to swim they barely noticed we had several frog friends with them in the pool... We have found that the frogs love to sing to us before we go to bed each night. Quite the serenade.

Nadia is STANDING all alone. She thinks she's awesome. Just a few days or weeks and she'll be a walkin' machine. She has also become a SCREAMER in the last week. She thinks she rules the roost and boy does she have a lot to learn yet...

Our newest adventures lie within our yard where a wind, rain, and lightening storm uprooted a 75 foot tree across our yard and landed right on top of yes... the green chevy prizm. We have been welcomed to Mississippi in oh so many ways. Nothin' like using your homeowner's insurance less than two weeks into the new home... part of the fence in the backyard was blown down as well.

I set up a blog page... progress does happen!!

Here's my first attempt to a blog page. With instructions from my sis, this will be much better soon. We are living amongst boxes, bags, boxes, bugs, and lots of love deep in the south of Mississippi. More updates coming...
